The Preserve at the Ranch is conveniently located 20 minutes northwest of Prescott, Arizona. Commercial air service is available from Phoenix twice daily, seven days a week.
Driving Directions
From Phoenix drive north on I-17 to the Cordes Junction turn off, proceed west on this Highway 69 towards Prescott until you reach the Highway 69/169 intersection at Dewey. Proceed approximately 2 miles farther and turn right on Fain Road/ Pioneer Parkway (a convenient bypass around the town of Prescott and Prescott Valley). Follow the map to either the Sales office or The Preserve at the Ranch site.
